Israeli and U.S. Joint Venture Creating a Medical Marijuana Product

Israel Cannabis

An Israeli company has partnered with a U.S. company to develop i.can.sleep, a marijuana inhaler specifically for insomnia and sleeping difficulty. The inhaler will deliver a measured dose of marijuana that helps people fall asleep and stay asleep.

William Levine of CannRx said users will “take a puff or two depending on the dosage and in ten minutes you will be drowsy enough to sleep,” reports Forward.

Many insomnia sufferers use marijuana to help them fall asleep.

While Israel is stepping closer to allowing medical marijuana exportation, it hopes to benefit from $1 billion in revenue over the next two years from marijuana. Allowing exportation of these products allows the joint venture to bring their product to the global market.
